1. What is the requirement for advertiser to release its Ad campaign?

Since cost is calculated according to the action (e.g. message, download, registration, etc.), the advertiser must define the requirements regarding marketing, effectiveness, and unit CPA.

2. How does U2Mee charge for commission?

Based on the agreement, Advertisers pay U2Mee within a specified period of time. U2Mee charges a small percentage of sales prices and can also deal directly, and U2Mee retains the right to negotiate commission terms with publishers.

3. Is it possible for advertiser to edit or change the Ad after it is released?

Yes.
Advertisers can modify ads content based on their needs, e.g. adding Ad quantity, changing unit price, and changing link address, etc.

4. What is Advertiser's Ad campaign/activity?

It refers to any marketing activity published by advertiser with a specific requirement on marketing effectiveness and unit cost. It includes a description of marketing needs, marketing effectiveness, commission standard and unit cost, audit method, and release period, etc. At U2Mee, all the activity announcements from advertisers are open and available for consideration by all the member websites.

5. What is CPC?

CPC (cost per click) - billing based on user clicks. Clicks from the same IP address during a 24 hour period will be regarded as 1 effective click.

6. What is CPL?

CPL (cost per lead) -billing based on user successfully reaching the designated pages by clicking the ads. Visits from same IP during 24 hours will be regarded as one effective click.

7. What is CPA?

CPA (cost per action) - billing based on leading users to reach the designated pages and to finish the desired actions (e.g. message, download, registration, etc.).

8. Are there any Minimum Commission Payments?

U2Mee pays publishers a minimum payment of RMB100 once the publisher has accumulated at least RMB100 in commission based on U2Mee’s calculations.

10. What is the payment day?

Payment day is the 30th of each month. U2Mee will pay publishers before the 30th of each month according to the clearing data.

11. What is a payment period?

Generally one month. At the end of each month, if the commission sum exceeds the minimum payment RMB100, U2Mee will pay the publishers the commission accordingly. If the commission sum is less than RMB100, the commission is still under accumulation status, and there will be no payment that month.
